Grounds Maintenance

We are presently inviting tenders from Gardening firms tidy up communal areas of the estate by clearing overgrown patches of weeds, spraying weed killer to prevent further growth sweeping and blowing leaves and any other waste material from, followed up by a quarterly maintenance service to keep these areas tidy.

This will be paid for by the LDRA.
