Monthly Subscription Payments

At the last AGM it was decided and voted that each property would pay a monthly subscription payment of £30. This money will be used towards estate maintenance, insurance policies, required repairs and to build up a fund that can be used towards the repair and resurfacing of the road around the estate.

The association require each property to provide payment by monthly direct debit, on the 25^th of each month.

The association will be contacting all Landfield Drive property owners with details to set up the monthly payment either by direct debit or standing order.
